66 Fit Gym Ball Range - 250kg Burst Resistant Gym Balls by Physio Supplies Ltd. Commonly known as an Exercise Balls, Gym Balls, Swiss Balls, Fitness Balls or Birthing Balls.

A primary benefit of exercising with an gym ball as opposed to exercising directly on a hard flat surface is that the body responds to the instability of the ball to remain balanced, engaging many more muscles to do so. Those muscles become stronger over time to keep balance. Most frequently, the core body muscles, the abdominal muscles and back muscles are the focus of gym ball fitness programs.

What size Gym Ball do I require?
The suggested ball size is related to your height. This is so that when you sit on the ball (when correctly inflated to the indicated size) your knees are positioned slightly lower than your hips. The recommended ball/height size is as follows:

5'0"/152cm or less - 45cm Gym Ball (Red)
5'1" - 5'6"/155 - 167cm - 55cm Gym Ball (Purple)
5'7" - 6'1"/170 - 185cm - 65cm Gym Ball (Silver)
6'2"/188cm or above - 75cm Gym Ball (Blue)
